I started playing with HDR photography like every other photographer. My journey started in 2006. The process of taking multiple pictures of the same object and stacking them via software to get the most dynamic of range, was wild. It sure made everything dramatic, and that isn’t always the best case. But, I still tried it and still thought I could be some National Geographic photographer with the dramatic images.
On the morning of October 13, 2006 I must have been extra special and think I could document the First United Methodist Church fire that happened a week before. I got up early and took some pictures from across the street. I also made my way over to the Metro Shopping Plaza and got a picture of the sign for the fun of it.
